To update your account,  you must have a valid credit card. You can only update your account via the internet. Please do not call General Sessions to update an account, you have to do this your self.  Click on the HELP BUTTON for additional information.

Passwords and User IDs are created by the users and is the User responsibility to protect,remember and secure. General Sessions cannot help you recover an unknown password. If you forget your password, you must create a new account and repay the appropriate fee.
